Lisa Ludden Perry is the author of the poetry chapbook, Palebound, (Flutter Press, 2017), and recent poems have appeared in Colorado Review and The Dodge (Best of the Net nominee). Her current prose, a hybrid of life writing and scholarly research, examines female anatomical language in John Milton’s Paradise Lost, and considers the gendered ramifications in Milton’s epic re-envisioning of Creation while telling the story of her own reproductive landscape.
